For immediate release — Personhood Alliance affiliate, Personhood Alabama, filed suit today in the Circuit Court of Madison County to seek justice for “Baby Roe.” The lawsuit, brought by the father of Baby Roe, charges the Alabama Women’s Center in Huntsville, the abortionist, and the pharmaceutical company, with profiting from the wrongful death of his pre-born child, despite his active efforts to stop the abortion.
