Is the Alabama abortion ban a personhood law?

By Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq.,—  The mainstream media and the Marxist left (please excuse the redundancy) are in a frenzy as one American state after another is rejecting one of the most fundamental sacraments of their political ideology: The “right” to kill innocent pre-born children through abortion-on-demand. In the coverage surrounding the passage of the most recent bills—Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama—the word personhood is being tossed around quite a bit by both friend and foe. So, do these bills secure equal protection under the law for all pre-born humans?

A house divided

By Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq.,— Those who support abortion are increasingly more willing to believe a Hollywood-fiction portrayal of things that will never come to be, instead of the reality and brutality of abortion. This substitution of intellectual honesty with uncritical party loyalty bodes badly for America. For as President Lincoln stated, quoting the Bible, a house divided cannot stand.

Should anti-infanticide bills exempt the parents?

By Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq.,— The Wisconsin Assembly and Senate currently have two anti-infanticide bills that exempt the mother from prosecution if she kills her child born alive after a failed abortion attempt. On April 17, 2019, the Personhood Alliance submitted a legal memo to the Wisconsin State Legislature on behalf of its affiliate, Pro-Life Wisconsin, outlining the problems with this exemption.
